I want you to picture this scenario in your mind, You frequently shop at Store A. You shop there one to four times per month and spend quite a bit of money there. If you can find yourself a gift card that is only discounted ten percent of its face value, you are still saving yourself money. Everything that you buy with that discount gift card is ten percent off and you haven't wasted time or money because you were going to spend that money at that particular store anyway. This is because I not only have to search on Ebay but also strategically bid to get the best price. The other places that I get discounted gift cards on the web are more straight forward. You can hunt for discount gift cards on Amazon.com and a number of other websites. Try doing a search for them on your favorite search engine. There are many sites on the web that are devoted to selling discounted gift cards and many of these sites get very little traffic and therefore sell the cards at a cheaper price in order to deplete their inventories.
